Beth H.In 2019, I was despondent. An emergency appendectomy followed by heavy doses of IV antibiotics had done extreme damage to my digestive system. I used to be able to eat and drink anything. Now, I was bloating and burping after meals, I couldn’t eat raw vegetables or fruit, and stomach pain was a constant companion. Doctors diagnosed me with esophagitis, gastritis and other -itises, but their only solution was to offer stomach acid-reducing medication and a steady dose of antacids.
That’s when I was lucky enough to meet Jen. After running a series of high-end tests, which revealed nasty bacteria and a damaged mucosal lining in my gut, she immediately got to work. Using a series of extremely specific supplements, and a carefully monitored diet, I saw improvement almost immediately.
My pain disappeared, my food tolerance returned to normal, and I lost 25 pounds in the process. Plus, although my eating habits were always pretty healthy, she helped me tweak some of my food choices—tweaks that were easy to make permanent.
Jen is profoundly knowledgeable and caring. She carefully works with each client to address their individual needs. There is no cookie cutter approach to her practice. She is always studying and applies the latest science to her work. Plus, she’s fun to work with. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Jen has been a miracle worker in my life! I honestly don’t know where I would be today if she hadn’t come into my life. I was having severe indigestion after I had Covid. After going to several doctors to try to find what was going on, Jen ran a stool test and found out I had H pylori. She has helped heal my gut and so many others parts of my body so it could start healing. I will continue working with Jen though out my life to make sure it is functioning properly.
